t was September 16, 1994. Exactly 30 years ago, I made my operatic debut in Verdi’s Macbeth with the San Francisco Opera under the baton of Maestro Runnicles. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to still be performing, learning, growing and creating.

I am currently working on a new project led by the extraordinary award-winning performance artist and theater creator Florentina Holzinger called Sancta (working title). The work is based on the opera Sancta Susanna by Hindemith and will be premiered at the Mecklenburgische State Theatre on the 30th of May (see my opera page for further dates) the show continues on to the Wiener Festwoche Festival, followed by Stuttgart Opera and Berlin Folksbühne in 2024. While we are in the early stages of creation, I can only say that this is a must see! I am so excited to be in the company of such a creative and inspiring group of artists.
